*Proof of status is required. A proof of status is an official letter, confirming your current position, written in English and signed by the head of the (hospital) department. The letter should be written on official letterhead, or have a stamp, and shouldn’t be older than 6 months. Descriptions of the different professions can be found?here.
Delegates with a full registration are entitled to:
- Access to all scientific sessions with the exception of the ESU-organised Courses and Hands-on Training for which an additional fee is required
- Access to industry sponsored sessions and seminars
- Access to the EAU Exhibition. The exhibition will be open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Obtain a congress bag and congress-related documents
- Access to the Virtual Platform with live streams of all the sessions held in eURO Auditoriums 1 & 2 and some Industry sessions in various rooms as well as On Demand access to recordings of the other sessions (when they become available).
- Access to the EAU26 Resource Centre to explore numerous webcasts, abstracts, posters, videos and more

Online-only fees
The registration for access to the EAU26 congress online-only will open on 1 October 2025.
An online-only registration includes:
- Access to the virtual rooms with simultaneous live streaming of the rooms eURO Auditorium 1 and eURO Auditorium 2 and the industry sessions from the scientific programme
- Access to the EAU Virtual Platform from 13 February 10:00 CET to explore numerous webcasts, abstracts, videos and more
- Access to the EAU26 Resource Centre for 1 year
- Obtain a certificate of attendance with CME credits for viewed sessions, live and on-demand up to 24 hours after the congress ends (17 March, approx.: 16:15 CET).

New EU VAT rules 2025
As of 1 January 2025, we are required to register and charge VAT (tax) based on the country where the final customers reside, for virtual attendance registrations. When paying for an Online-Only EAU26 registration, you will be asked to select the country from which you will participate and pay the appropriate local tax.
