Abstract Eligibility
As you prepare your submission for the Meeting, please make note of the following details:
- All types of oncology-related research are eligible for submission.?Please note: case reports are not accepted.- 不接收病例報(bào)告
- The abstract should address scientific questions, detail clinical observations, or contain primary scientific data.
- Data from the long-term follow-up of previously presented clinical trials may be submitted only if significant new information can be shown. Authors will be required to provide details about what new data is included in the ASCO submission
- Interim analysis of a prospective randomized clinical trial will only be considered if it is performed as planned in the original protocol and is statistically valid.
- Abstracts of clinically related subjects should be combined into a single abstract.?Submission of multiple abstracts on a single study may result in the rejection of one or more abstracts.
- To ensure the integrity of the review process, corrections to abstracts will not be allowed after the abstract submission deadline.

As you prepare your submission to the Meeting, please make note of the following author and sponsorship eligibility criteria:

Sponsorship
- ASCO membership is not required to submit an abstract, however, each abstract must be sponsored by an ASCO member1.

An $80 (USD) nonrefundable submission fee will be charged per abstract submitted. Payment is due at the time of submission. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment. Checks, wire transfers, and purchase orders will not be accepted.
- Please note: The abstract submission fee does not include registration for the Annual Meeting.
- Payment waivers:?ASCO is pleased to offer payment waivers to?first authors?residing in low-income countries and lower-middle-income countries (LMICs), as defined by the?World Bank. Authors may apply for a payment waiver at the time of submission. Please?contact us?for more details. - Most changes and cancellations can be made online through the registration website until the cancellation deadline. If you are currently registered to attend the meeting in person, you can change to an online-only registration and receive a refund for the difference until the cancellation deadline. If a health issue prevents you from attending in person after the cancellation deadline, contact ascoregistration@spargoinc.com to switch your attendance to online-only.?
- If you are currently registered to attend the meeting online, you can change to an in-person registration by paying the difference between the online fee and the in-person fee. Instructions will be included in your email confirmation. ?
